M*A*S*H 4077

The world outside was cold. The grey colds dominated the skies and gave a feel of an endless route of depression. The sudden appearance of the artic wind around town, had a way of going through ones skin, going right to the bone and leaving one feel numb by its coldness. The music in my ears raging away an old school 1990's song. Walking up the drive way felt like an eternity. I had to get to the door, i had to open it, go in the house, put the heater on and get myself comfortable. With the heater on and me all comfy in my pj's, i was ready for MASH! Having endured yet another day of yr 12, MASH is like my relief drug. I can honestly say it's my first love...all of them...mostly Pierce but yes...i love them! *SIGHS*

Having studied the Korean War and the Cold War in school in the past 2 years, i cant tell you the connection i feel when the characters subtly pipe out a political joke about the US Adminstration. It's odd i know, but come on, name me one show that has has the same effect on audiences as MASH has? All of the characters have some kind of quirkyness and hell i love them all...in some off warped way, even Frank Burns. LONG LIVE CLINGER AND HIS HEROIC ATTEMPT OF TRYING TO CLAIM A SECTION 8. And also. to put it simply, Alan Alda is a legend!

Arh Farial, lucky for me I have the first three seasons on DVD -- cheering myself up is no longer limited to 5 O'clock on a weekday!
